I was ripped off... paid for room and never had it, money was not refunded

I have some issues checking in they could not find my reservation because they checked someone in in my name. So I was at reception for an extra 40 minutes. Got my driver license out to preview was just in case there’s any issues. Then got myself some soup. It was like it was cooked half of leaking potatoes hard. The room I set a thermostat to 23 after two hours it shut off it didn’t keep the room at the right temperature so I kept waking up to put the heating back on because it went cold so I didn’t have a very good sleep at all and the third one is I want for breakfast Fairy brought we don’t open till half six. All I wanted to do was ask a question did they have gluten-free sausages? The only thing they could offer was vegan sausage sausages I think this is a unfair that the adult cater for people with celiac for breakfast I went to reception got breakfast taken off cause I’m not paying £7.50 for two piece of toast. I made a comments through reception about the food and all I had was soup and I was too tired to close and make a complaint about it cause I had a really long day. I thought I could deal with it in the morning because it didn’t deal with it in the night, the manager and duty was very snotty a sarcastic, so all and all I’ve had a really bad experience in this hotel and will blacklist and I and you get better service at the Holiday innexpress or the Travelodge just because this one manager not he’s not Ihg level. I live in hotel for work. Because I said I’m never coming back I go to my room and then. Get my think put breakfast and parking back on my bill. And told me there your bill I put all them back on because you black listing the hotel and my manger will call you at 9 I said no I will wait until they come in. Because that was out of orders so I’m having 2 pieces of toast for £7.50 and I will be leaving 1hr late for work

Prijs-kwaliteit een zeer goede keuze. Een modern hotel met ruime parking. De kamers zijn voldoende ruim en voorzien van alle nodige moderne snufjes. Het ontbijt is super! En het personeel is vriendelijk. Een aanrader! Met vriendelijke groeten, Ismael

Not great if you want to sleep. Why do your windows let in so much noise? There appears to be no sealant whatsoever around the 1970’s windows and the road noise pours in. I specifically asked reception if I could have a quiet room and she put me in 230…the closet room to the road with no decent windows. Why would you do this? Thanks for ruining g my next day of work.

Attended a Christmas event Saturday 7th December. The food was terrible, the service was terrible, the drinks were overpriced. Just pathetic. Would never go back to this hotel for an event

Attended a private party here, three course meal included. The hotel staff were great and the food was good, choice of three dishes for starter, main and dessert.

Clean hotel with good sized rooms and decent price, for London. The location is great, easy to arrive and leave by car and close to a shopping mall and retail parks. The rooms need a bit of renovation, the toilet flush handle came loose the second day we were in. The whole hotel was under refurbishment when we stayed there, so things were a bit more chaotic than usual, but it didn't really interfere with our stay.

Much improved from my last visit. Modern decor and a lot better atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff and great value for money. Currently undergoing another refurbishment, but still open for business

My husband and I chose the Holiday Inn Bexley for our wedding reception in April, and we were so incredibly lucky with the wonderful events team who made sure that we had the best day possible. Everyone at our wedding kept telling us how much they enjoyed the day and we believe this was largely due to the wonderful work (and organisational skills!) of Abbie, Lauren and the rest of the team. From the moment we met Abbie (through a video call), we knew we were in safe hands! Abbie is an excellent listener and communicator; she made sure that the day reflected our wishes and kept us on top of things by checking in with us regularly. Herself and the team were incredibly organised and made sure everything flowed smoothly on the day, and went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a great day (particularly those with allergies). We couldn't have wished for a better day and that was all thanks to Abbie, Lauren and the rest of the team. Thank you all so much again for your wonderful work! Would highly recommend this events space and will be back soon!

The staff is fantastic. Friendly and helpful.It is a great location if you are driving, And plenty of uber if you are not. Closest stores almost a mile hike.

너무 외딴곳에 있으며 변기 물도 잘 안내려가고 물도 찔끔찔끔나오며 냉장고도 없고 드라이기는 고장난 드라이기를 쓰라고 갖다놓고 치약.칫솔 다음날 보니 다 치워 버렸다 여행다니면서 처음으로 신선했다.조식도 나온다면서 한번도 못 먹어봣다.

Used for work training. Food was super Staff friendly and available The location is just perfect. Had staff to Mann the barriers which was helpful. Clean environment. Easy toilet access too.

An AMAZING experience!!! We've just got home from what we thought was going to be a family meal in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary.... But it turned out that our sons and daughter in-laws had other ideas and had also organised a surprise wedding vow renewal! None of this would have been possible, had it not been for Kate, Elaine, Abbie and Lauren from the events team. They were amazing and made the rooms look absolutely stunning! Then a big big thank you to Tom, who we understand is the food and beverage manager, and his team including Harry, Casey, Charlie, Izzy and the others. They were attentive, professional and completely 'on the ball' with every request we had. A huge thank you to the head chef Simon, who provided us with the 'private dining menu', everyone (there was 27 of us) commented on how amazing the food was! And everybody that had a burger said "it was the best burger I've ever had!" - Outstanding food!!! Thank you to Louise on reception, who's professional and cheery personality started our stay on a high point. And lastly, but by no means least, thank you to Max, who made us feel extremely welcome when seeing us in the restaurant for our breakfast this morning - You should be extremely proud of your team! We would like to add that we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone for an event. Thank you all at Holiday Inn Bexley, you gave us a day we'll never forget! Sue and Eddie Coles xx

My husband and I booked the wedding venue in February 2023 for August 2024. From the moment we engaged with the Events Team, we was greeted with nothing but positive vibes and always felt that we were being listened to. Nothing was too much and our queries were always answered in a timely manner. We booked the venue 18 months in advance for our wedding. Everyone was very accommodating to our wants and our needs. We had an external company decorating the venue and an external DJ which the venue worked with excellently! And assisted the events company accordingly. We had an amazing time! Lauren is such a sweetheart, she complimented my husband and I just before we walked into our wedding breakfast and we thought this was the sweetest and kindest thing to say. Thank you Lauren. The external events company had great things to say about Abbie and Lauren who assisted him while he was setting up, whether it was enabling him to come in the day before to set up, listening to his worries at a time when expectations were high and time is wearing. Moreover, the food was amazing and plentiful and the drinks were great! We also recieved a lovely card, chocolates and a bottle from the Events Team. Which was a very nice touch. We thank you all. We had an amazing day celebrating and we will never forget our beautiful day and those who truly helped to make it so special. ❤️

Stayed here as needed somewhere in this location for the weekend and at the time I wasn't aware there was Premier Inn's nearby Reception staff are helpful and the hotel looks fairly modern with a good sized car park. However, once again it seems either Holiday Inn is either lying about employing housekeeping staff or they think angrily staring at the crystallised urine stains, fecal stains and public hair littering the bathroom is the most effective way to clean. Towels and bedding with brown stains on after washing and the towels being very poor quality. Corridors littered with dirty mugs and empty beer bottles. I know it's not a 5* hotel but I'd expect basic hygiene At least this time there wasn't squashed bugs in the bed so I suppose that's an improvement

After phoning and booking a room for £144.05 for a room, I’ve then had to pay a parking charge of £7 to leave my car in the hotel car park which is absolutely ridiculous considering I’ve booked a room to stay in the hotel… do you expect me to leave my car in the street and walk into hotel… price should be included in the stay I don’t expect to pay additional parking to park in the hotel grounds… which was also not stated at time of booking or on website
